Connected OT
Connected OT is dedicated to enhancing essential activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, sleeping, playing, dressing, toileting, attending, learning, self-regulation, movement and development. At the same time, Sonya focuses on fostering growth in more complex skills essential for long-term academic achievement, social success, and meaningful community involvement.
Sonya’s approach is rooted in a holistic therapy model that integrates neurological and physiological processes with communication, sensory, motor, and cognitive development. Connected OT offers consultation services to help families and individuals navigate and coordinate therapeutic support, medical care, evaluations, and activities. By conducting comprehensive evaluations and engaging closely with families or individuals, Connected OT customizes support to meet the unique needs of each child, adult and family.

Sonya Tcherevkoff is one of the tri-state area’s leading occupational therapists with acute knowledge and skill sets in all modes of occupation therapy. She is a Columbia University educated occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience providing researched based therapeutic interventions. She is a New York native, a mother of three, a world traveler, and has dedicated her life to working with adults, children, and families. Sonya works with families in the tri-state area as a therapist, consultant and coordinator of services.

SCHEDULING
Consultations and Evaluations
INITIAL CHILD/ ADULT CONSULTATION
90 Minutes
A consultation is 90 minutes in duration and includes an individualized assessment followed by a verbal review of recommendations and development of a personalized plan of care.
COMPREHENSIVE CHILD EVALUATION
4 hours
A comprehensive assessment includes up to 4 hours of standardized testing, formal report, and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) recommendations.
